06 – How long we keep your information
Subscriber information is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every communication we send, or by contacting us directly. On unsubscribing, your information is removed from our active mailing list within 30 days.
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve the matter raised, and for a reasonable period thereafter.
Research client and partner information is retained for the duration of the relationship and for a period of five years thereafter, in line with standard commercial record-keeping practice.
Website analytics data is retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form for the purposes of ongoing editorial and operational analysis.
